M.H. Ananda Jayadeva vs Divisional Secretary – CA 203/2012-2014

The case between M.H. Ananda Jayadeva and others (Paradise Beach Club, Mirissa South, Mirissa) and the Divisional Secretary, Divisional Secretariat, Weligama, along with the Hon.
