G. Wimalasuriya vs. Owis Wimalasuriya – CA CALA 453/2005-2011

In CALA 453/2005, the 3rd Defendant-Petitioner, G. Wimalasuriya, sought leave to appeal against the District Court’s order confirming Plan No. 930 prepared by a licensed surveyor.
