The case between C. Samarasinghe, D.B. Edirisuriya, K.M. Karunaratne, K.G. Gunapala, W.G. Dhanapala (petitioners, former employees of the North Central Province’s Provincial Public Service) and the Chairman, Members, and Secretary of the Provincial Public Service Commission (North Central Province) along with associated provincial authorities and the Hon.
