CEYLINCO HOMES INTERNATIONAL (LOTUS TOWER) LTD vs. Edirachcharige Dayasena et al. – CALA/4/2015-2022

In the case between Ceylinco Homes International (Lotus Tower) Ltd and Edirachcharige Dayasena (Chief Government Valuer and Chairman of the Compensation Tribunal) along with other members and officials of the Compensation Tribunal, the court addressed the issue of whether the Compensation Tribunal’s order under the Revival of Underperforming Enterprises or Underutilized Assets Act, No.43 of 2011, constituted a valid “order” as required by law.
