Officer in-Charge, Police Station, Kaluwanchikudi vs. Maheswaran Ramanyamma and others – CA PHC 02/2017-2023

The case between Palasundaram Vasuni, Palasundaram Yogeswaran, and others (Petitioners) and Maheswaran Ramanyamma, Kathaimuttu Yogamma, and others (Respondents) addressed whether the respondent parties are entitled to use a 7-feet wide access road to the shop premises or if the roadway width should be limited to 4 feet.
