Spectrum Pharmatech Lanka (Private) Limited vs. State Minister of Production, Supply and Regulation of Pharmaceuticals – CA CASE INJ/03/2024-2024

In the case between Spectrum Pharmatech Lanka (Private) Ltd and, among others, the State Minister of Production, Supply and Regulation of Pharmaceuticals and the Minister of Health, the court considered the parties’ contractual dispute arising from a Development and Management Agreement for Sri Lanka’s inaugural Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Zone.
