In the case between Dampage Don Lakxan Priyalal (Petitioner) and K. Pradeep Kulathilaka, Gunadasa Samarasinghe, R.H.C. Priyanthi, R.M.C.M. Herath, D.D. Subodani Shriyani, and the Hon.
