H. M. Import and Export PrivateLimited Vs. Gamini Ilangaratne and others – CA APPLICATION NO. 572/11-2011

The case between H. M. Import and Export Private Limited (Gratia Restaurant, Nuwara Eliya) and several public officials including the Divisional Secretary, Nuwara Eliya; Commissioner General of Lands; Director General of Agriculture; Minister of Lands; Minister of Agriculture; and the Attorney General addressed the issue of judicial review through writs of certiorari and prohibition under Article 140 of the Constitution.
