In the case between G. Saman Kumara (petitioner-appellant) and the Secretary, Divisional Secretariat Office, Gampaha (complainant-respondent), the issue concerned a discrepancy in the advance tracing number as set out in the schedule to the plaint and that contained in the relevant gazette notification.
