Deputy Commissioner of Corporative Development of the Southern Province v. Sri Lanka Consumer Corporative Society’s Federation Ltd – CA PHC 137/2013-2021

In the case between the Deputy Commissioner of Cooperative Development of the Southern Province (Plaintiff) and the Sri Lanka Consumer Cooperative Society’s Federation Ltd.
