Free Trade Zone and General Services Employees Union (FTZGSEU) vs B.K.P. Chandrakeerthi et al. – CA WRIT/303/2022-2023

The case between the Free Trade Zone and General Services Employees Union (and other unions and employees) and B.K.P. Chandrakeerthi, R.P.
