Board of Management of the Muslim Ladies Arabic College vs. Mr. M. L. M. H. M. Mohaideen Hassan – CA/WRIT APPLICATION NO: 591/25-2025

In the case between the Board of Management of the Muslim Ladies Arabic College, Kal-Eliya (petitioners) and Mr. M. L. M. H. M. Mohaideen Hassan (Chairman) along with others (respondents), the court addressed whether the order of the Wakf Board directing the submission of documents and the registration of the Arabic College should be quashed, and whether the petitioners’ failure to exhaust alternative remedies precluded the exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 140 of the Constitution.
