Municipal Councils And Urban Councils (Amendment) Act, No. 10 Of 1981 The Municipal Councils and Urban Councils (Amendment) Act, enacted in 1981, modifies existing ordinances governing municipal and urban councils in Sri Lanka. It empowers councils to impose higher rate
