Merchant Shipping (Change Of Designation) Act, No. 3 Of 2006 The Merchant Shipping (Change of Designation) Act, No. 3 of 2006, was enacted by the Parliament of Sri Lanka to officially change the title of the “Director of Merchant Shipping” to “Director-General
