Penal Code (Amendment) Act, No. 5 Of 2021 The Penal Code (Amendment) Act, No. 5 of 2021, amends various sections of the Penal Code of Sri Lanka to replace references to “Ceylon” with “Sri Lanka” and “Queen” with “Republic.” This legislative c
