A. L. M. Athaullah vs Election Commission et al. – SC WRIT APPLICATION NO.07/2020-2023

In the case between A. L. M. Athaullah, Secretary General of the National Congress (Plaintiff), and the Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Trincomalee together with officials of the Election Commission (Respondents), the court addressed the validity of the rejection of a nomination paper tendered by the National Congress.
