In ADAMJEE v. BOARD OF REVIEW, CEILING ON HOUSING PROPERTY AND OTHERS, the court addressed the legality of an order by the Board of Review relating to an application for a Writ of Certiorari under the Ceiling on Housing Property Law No. 1 of 1973.
